I believe, like a well written poem, your methodology is very thoughtful and connected from line to line. Using the format of a table of context or "index" is working really well for you and I could see you easily going into more depth chapter by chapter as you move forward. I think you are really starting to get your head wrapped around your subject of interest which is awesome :)
